Summoning jutsu lighting hawk

Effect: [](it summons a hawk thats very big and the hawk has a knife like beak and is very fast it has lighting wings and can hit something with it and then it hurts the foe
Downside: bite your thumb index and pointer to summon it and the lighting scroll(which i have)

You actually don't use chakra to bite you thumb. And you use a scroll for a summoning jutsu.
